This is an intermediate sewing pattern and can be made from laminated fabric. 

You will need 

ages 2 and 3 years 1.25m 

ages 4 to 7 years 1.5m

ages 9 and 10 years 1.75m

This is based on a non-directional fabric and may need to double the fabric depending on the repeat of the pattern.
